FRESH is a residential tower located at the heart of De Caai, a new urban district emerging from the foundations of Eindhoven’s former Campina dairy factory. The building comprises 123 homes with sweeping views over the city. Positioned between the Milk Factory and the Ice Factory, the design echoes the adjacent heritage through a rhythmic grid, milky tones, and textured materials drawn from the site’s industrial legacy.

As one of the five towers in the high-rise part of the De Caai masterplan, FRESH shares a consistent 25×25-metre footprint and a composition of base, body, and crown. The tone-on-tone palette fosters visual harmony within the ensemble. A defining feature is the six-metre cantilever over the Milk Factory, while the transparent ground-level plinth mediates between the park, inner square, and street. The 18-storey tower offers three configurations with four, six, or eight apartments per level, each with a private outdoor space.

Delivered in the first phase of De Caai, FRESH is part of a careful meeting between existing and new. It contributes to an inclusive and detailed urban environment rooted in collectivity, climate adaptability, and spatial integration.
