Danon Housing

Danon is comprised of three residential and commercial buildings and a shared underground parking garage. The project consists of 124 residential units and 184 parking spaces. Each of these buildings has its own interior organization. The inner court between the buildings creates an open space that is accessible from multiple sides,where the entrances to both offices and residential units are located. The main idea behind the choice of materials was to initiate a dialogue with the surrounding buildings and environment, resulting in the dark grey-black brick façades of the residential buildings and the prefabricated grey-coated concrete façades of the office buildings.
